The ASUS ZenPad 8.0 was inspired by fashion (anddd you all know how I love the integration of fashion and technology!) so this was super exciting for me! The tablet and it's accessories have an intentional clutch-bag vibe as well as ergonomic rounded edges which make the ZenPad 8.0 SO comfortable to hold! I must emphasis the comfort, it doesn't feel like I'm carrying a tablet, it feels like I'm carrying a clutch bag.



Today has been interesting day tech wise, myself and family members lost A LOT of data. This is not the first time either, ever lost a phone? Someone stolen your possessions or perhaps an update simply corrupting your hardware (and software)? *Put hands up*. If you get anything from this post, it's important to start thinking about your data! I think we all need to get serious about cloud based backing up and security. It seems as though cloud based storage is winning because at the end of the day, hardware can always malfunction, and/or get stolen. Digital cloud based systems will always have a big question mark hovering on top of it as safety can be jeopardised but as of now i'll pro digital. Needless to say, I think it would be great to have back ups stored on a hard drive AND cloud based. I particularly love Google Photos for saving my photos but I will be doing lots of research into large scale storage systems for entire laptop/computer hard drives for rest of mind. Do you save your data? Do you back up?






Anyway BACK to the tablet review, I loved how the tablet granted 100GB free storage of Google Drive, that is a good amount of storage and it really gives rest of mind! Alongside Google Photo's auto-back up it's great. The fact that the ASUS Zen Pad 8.0 is android obviously has Google-advantages over Apple products for example. The ASUS ZenPad takes a little while to come on but I noticed that as soon as it's on it's exceptionally fast! It's quite refreshing using android products after being so used to other operating systems - it really challenges you to give everything a great look! Due to the speed of this tablet, I vouch to use it for productivity. We all know/get to that stage when our devices are full of memory and just SUPER SLOW. Thankfully with the 100GB of Google Drive, I will finally have a fast system which I can be productive on!











Zsa Zsa wanted to get in the pics so I let her! #Dogue. That being said, shall we talk about what I'm wearing? It's an asymmetric light jumper dress that my aunty bought for me on a birthday many years ago. The ZenPad 8.0 has this beautiful embossed-leather patterning at the back which inspired my look for the day, it's a metallic grey-taupe colour just like elements of my 'jumper dress'. The ZenPad 8.0 is the world's first tablet to feature an innovative interchangeable cover design that lets users easily customise tablets with functional back covers.
